2/3 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 heaping T. cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Grease 9X13 pan. Don't spread the batter all the way to the sides of the pan. Bake in 350 oven for 40 min.
