3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, vanilla, and milk. Beat until blended. Add eggs and beat again. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture. Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in sugar (criss-cross). Bake at 375 7-9 minutes.
