2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
6 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Fresh blueberries to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add remaining wet ingredients. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients, excluding berries. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Don't overmix. Pour onto waffle iron and cook based on waffle iron instructions. Sprinkle blueberries on top before closing iron--do not mix into batter.
