2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. cheddar cheese (8 oz)
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
10 - 6" flour tortillas
2 cans enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll up in the tortillas. Top with the enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes.
