1 whole, medium-size lemon.
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup sliced strawberries for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1.- With sharp knife, cut yellow part of peel from lemon. Put into a blender container.- 2.- cut off and discard white part of peel. Coarsely chop lemon meat, discard any seeds. Put into blender. 3.- To lemon, add eggs, sugar and butter, whirl until smoothly blended. 4.- Pour lemon mixture evenly into four 6 oz. custard cups or other ovenproof dishes. Set into an 8 inches square pan. 5.- Pour 1/2 inch hot water into pan around cups. 6.- Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes until centers of custards are no longer liquidly when shaken. 7.- Lift custards from waterbath, let cool at least 15 minutes. Refrigerate to chill for 2 to 8 hours. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
