1/2 c. rice
1 1/4 c. milk
1 large head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in 1/4 c. milk. Remove cabbage leaves from head and immerse in boiling water. Cook until partially translucent. Combine meats w/ 1 c. milk, salt, pepper, and rice. Mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture on each leaf. Roll and tie (if preferred). Put in sauerkraut on bottom of big pan and cook a couple hours. Serve with ketchup.
