1/2 pkg. fettuccine (6 oz) 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Cook pasta. Drain. In small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in cheese, then cream until blended. Continue heating sauce. Stir constantly; just to boiling point. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley. Add sauce to hot cooked pasta. Toss lightly. Serve.
