2 cans crescent rolls
2 - 8 oz cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk (reserve the egg white)
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
Sugar
Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 can of rolls in 9X13 greased pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla and spread over rolls. Put remaining 1 can rolls on top. Beat egg white until frothy. Brush over top of pastry. Sprinkle top with 1/3 - 1/2 c. sugar. Add cinnamon if you like. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
