Ingredients:  
1 c. rice
pinch of salt,
piece of lemon rind
1 1/2 quarts water
1 cinnamon stick
can of Eagle Brand milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rice in the water with salt, cinnamon stick, lemon rind over low to medium heat till water is absorbed. Remove from pan and add a can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk, dash of vanilla, and blend well. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving it.
