6 T. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 t. long grain rice, raw
1/3 c. pine nuts
2 1/2 c. chicken stock
1 t. freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add garlic and onion over low heat and sauté till transparent. Add rice and stir until well coated, add pine nuts and mix well. Add stock and pepper. Cook over moderate heat till it comes to a boil. Reduce, cover tightly and simmer for 20 minutes.
