1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs. Add bananas and vanilla. Mix on low speed. Add flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in chopped nuts. Bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes in a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Prepare glaze and spread over bars. Cream cheese frosting is also good on these.
