2 c. cooked shrimp, cut in small pieces 1 c. tomato soup 9 oz. cream cheese 2 T. unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 c. mayonnaise
Heat tomato soup over low heat. Add cheese and melt till smooth. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to soup. Stir till blended. Let cool. Add vegetables and shrimp. Stir in mayonnaise. Pour into mold sprayed with Pam and chill overnight.
