8 large potatoes(diced)
1 onion(chopped)
4 T. chicken boulion
1 c. ham(chopped)
2 c. fresh carrots(diced)
1-2 stalks of cellerie(diced)
2 c. milk
4 T.butter
2 T. cornstartch
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine poatoes, onions,carrots and cellery boil in water untill potatoes are tender. In a seperate pan melt butter then add the salt, pepper & cornstartch cook until it's light & fluffy then mix in the milk stiring untill the cornstartch mix is completly disolved. Then add the milk mix to the vegtebales that are not drained, season as you like. This should thicken up if you feel you like your soup thicker then just add more cornstartch while it's very hot. Cook about another 30 minutes or so.
