1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 lbs. chicken breast - cut in chunks
1 c. plain dried bread crumbs
1 c. oil for frying
8 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
8 oz. cubed ham
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Beat egg and 1/2 c. milk together until combined. Stir in chicken chunks to coat, then drain, and coat w/ bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown on all sides. Place chicken in a glass baking dish, along with the Swiss cheese & ham. Stir together the soup w/ 1 c. milk, pour over casserole. Bake approx 30 min. plus until bubbly.
