2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 - 16 oz jar salsa
1 - 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
1/2 c. instant rice
2 c. chicken broth
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients, except cheese, in a kettle and simmer until rice is tender. Add cheese on top, if desired. (We usually double recipe to feed 4 people)
