1 package boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 c.dry plain bread crumbs 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 t. paprika 3/4 t. leaf oregano 3/4 t. basil 1 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 1 c. melted margarine
Combine crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken in margarine and then in crumb mixture. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 45 - 60 minutes. (depending on size of breasts). Not necessary to turn. Extra crumbs can be frozen and used again.
