3 lb. beef roast
carrots
onions
potatoes
gravy (homemade or ready made)

Directions:
Directions:
Place one 3 lb. beef roast (with a small amount of water or broth) in a covered roasting pan in the oven for 4 hours at 350º.

An hour before serving add carrots, onions and potatoes.

Make gravy or purchase ready made gravy.
