Ingredients:  
4 cubed chicken breasts
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
2 c salsa
1 c chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T lemon juice
48 oz chicken broth
1 c corn

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in soup pot and cook chicken cubes for 2 minutes; add onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin and lemon juice. Stir and cook until chicken is done. Add broth, salsa and corn. Bring to a boil and lower the heat to medium for 8-10 minutes. Serve over crushed tortilla chips in a bowl. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese.

I have added carrots and celery as well. Can be done in crock pot and cooked all day.
