2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 c butter, softened 1 c flour 1 tsp chives 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Mix cheese and butter; add flour, chives and salt. Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate for up to 48 hours. Thirty minutes before serving bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes.
