1 large bag vegetable medley
1 can water chestnuts
1 lb. pre-cooked diced chicken
1 c. shredded cheese cheddar or similar
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
2 boxes of Stove Top stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the Stove Top stuffing as directed on the box. Spray/grease a 9"X13" baking pan. Layer baking dish with vegetable medley, drained water chestnuts, chicken, soup, and cheese, then cover with stuffing. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
