2 c. water
1/2 c. carrots(diced)
1 small onion(choped)
2 c. potatoes(diced)
1 stalk cellerie(diced)
1/2 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp.pepper
1/4 c.butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c.milk
2 c. cheedar cheese(shreded)
1 c. ham(cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, potatoes,carrots,celery,onions, salt & pepper in a large pot. Boil 10 minutes In a seperate sauce pan, make the white sauce by melting the butter then add the flour. Stir it together until its smooth and fluffy. Slowly add the milk then add the cheese cook it untill the cheese is melted then mix it in with the vegtebales that have not been drained. Heat through and serve.
