2 c.sugar
1 3/4 c.flour
3/4 c.cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c.milk
1/2 c.vegtebale oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Prehaet oven to 350 Grease & flour cake pan. Combine the dry ingredients together in a large bowl & set aside. In a seperate bowl combine eggs, milk, oil & vanilla stiring in one direction then add the boiled water. Mix it all together (batter will be soupy) put it in the cake pan & bake for 30-35 minutes or untill a tooth pick comes out clean.
