Pinch of salt
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic (more if desired)
1/4 c. pine nuts
1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/3 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 5 ingredients in food processor and blend. Place mixture in bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Serve spread over toasted French bread or over pasta.
