6 cups zucchini, sliced
1 c. shredded carrots (I prefer matchstick cut)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz) can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) pkg reduced fat sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 box Stove Top dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash, carrots and onions for 5 minutes in boiling water; drain. In a mixing bowl, combine soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix well. Mix butter with dressing and put 1/2 in bottom of 12x8x2" pan. Cover with vegetables, soup mix and top with remaining dressing. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
