2 medium acorn squash (4 lb) 4 tbsp. margarine or butter 4 tbsp. brown sugar
Grease small baking pan. Cut squash in half length-wise; remove seeds. Place cut side down and bake 30 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven; turn squash cut side up. Place margarine & brown sugar on top; bake for another 15 minutes.
