1 lb. okra, washed & sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp. canola oil
4 strips center-cut bacon
Creole seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heal oil in skillet. Add okra, onion, and green pepper. Stir constantly for 5 minutes. Season and put in Pyrex pie dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Place bacon slices (uncooked) on top of okra; bake another 15 minutes.
