1 (29 oz) can sliced peaches or equivalent amount of sliced fresh peaches
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. quick or old-fashioned oats
1/3 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:

Place fruit in 1 qt. shallow baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, oats, nuts and cinnamon. Mix in butter until crumbly; sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream if desired.

I don't peel the peaches when using fresh peaches. It gives an interesting texture & more fiber.
