2 cups strawberries, rinsed, crushed.
3 eggs whites
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Powdered sugar or honey Mint springs for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1.- In a large bowl, with a electric mixer, beat eggs whites or medium high speed until they hold soft, moist peaks. 2.-Add sugar, about 1 tbsp. at a time and beating constantly, until meringue is thick and glossy. 3.- Add the 1 cup crushed strawberries. Beat on medium speed just to blend. 4.- Transfer meringue mixture to a freezer container. Cover or wrap well. 5.- Freeze at least 1 hour until solid. 6.- To serve, spoon crushed. sweetened-to-taste berries evenly in the bottom of 4 individual stemmed glasses or shallow dishes. Garnish with strawberries or mint springs.
