1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. cilantro, chopped fine
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tblsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. lime juice
fresh ground pepper
salt

Directions:

Combine corn,peppers, onion,garlic and cilantro. Mix oil,vinegar,lime juice, salt & pepper. Pour over mixture and mix again. Add beans and toss well. Serve with tortilla chips.
