Angel Food cake mix
2 cups thinly sliced rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
2 tblsp. fresh orange juice
1 tblsp. vanilla
2 cups fresh strawberries(sliced)
1 15oz. crm cheese
1/4th cup pwd. sugar
2 cups whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake Angel food cake mix as directed in angel food cake pan. Slice cake into 3 layers. Cook rhubarb,sugar, orange juice and vanilla over med. heat until rhubarb is tender or about 8 minutes. Cool slightly, add 1 1/2 cups stawberries, save the rest for garnish. Spread this mixture between the layers. Mix the cream cheese, pwd sugar and whipped topping together and frost the complete cake. Garnish with remaining sliced strawberries. Refrigerate.
