3 cloves garlic
5-9 jalopeno peppers
2 green peppers
3 med.onions
3-6 oz. cans tomato paste
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup canning salt
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Cumin

Chop cleaned vegetables and put in 8 quart kettle, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours on med. heat stirring frequently. Put into sterile jars, seal and hot water bath for 35 minutes for pints.
