Nonstick cooking spray
3 1/2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup canola oil
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 275. Spray baking sheet edges with cooking spray.

Combine all dry ingredients except raisins in a large mixing bowl. Combine honey, oil and vanilla in a small bowl. Pour over dry mixture and stir well. Spread on baking sheet. Bake until mixture is brown, about 40 minutes. Stir once after 20 minutes.

Add raisins and let cool. Store in airtight container.
