1stick butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c.water
2 cans beef consomme'
1 1/2 c.rice
chopped onion to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in in baking dish. Add beef consomme', cream of mushroom soup, rice and water. Add chopped onions to this, if desired. Bake covered 1 1/2 hrs.at 325.
