1 Large Fryer - Boiled, or Baked
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
2 boiled eggs - chopped
1/2 c sweet salad cubes
1 c mayonnaise
1 T Texas Pete hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Take cooked chicken, and remove all skin, and fat
After it cools, remove bones, and chop in chunks
Fold in onion, celery, eggs, salad cubes
Mix mayonnaise, and Texas Pete. Mix until mixture appears sticky in texture. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve on a bed of lettuce,slice tomatoes, slice pineapple, and crackers

Moma always prepared this on some of the hottest days during the summer months. This was always a nice meal because it was cool and delicious.
