Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. corn starch
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 pint sour cream (16oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender (I usually split the ingredients in half and blend in two batches because they don't all fit in my blender. Then I mix the two batches by hand with a whisk). Mix well and pour into greased spring pan. Bake 1 hour at 325. Turn off oven and leave in the oven two hours longer. After you take cake out of the oven let it stay in pan - cool and then place in refridgerator (leave in spring pan). Take out of pan next day (remove sides only) and serve.
