1 qt Pie Pack
1/2 t Cinnamon
2 T Tapioca
Unbaked Single Crust Pie
1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Oatmeal
1/2 c Butter
1/8 t Vanilla

Empty pie pack into mixing bowl. Add cinnamon and tapioca. Mix.

Make pie crust.

Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal & butter until crumbly.

Put pie filling on unbaked crust. Sprinkle vanilla on filling. Top with crumb mixture. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes and then 350 for 30 minutes or until the topping is browned and filling is bubbly.
