"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
This is a family favorite around the coastal region of
Southeastern North Carolina. Living on the coast of
the North Carolina beaches, provide an array of fresh seafood. This is only one of the seafood delights we enjoy year round. Delores is my Sister-in-law and she often entertains the family at her home in Castle Hayne, NC. She and Simuel are both excellent cooks!
