1 Cube Margarine
12 oz Chocolate Chips
1 pk Colored Marshmallows
1/2 c Nuts
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and chocolate chips. Stir in marshmallows and nuts until coated. Roll with wax paper or Saran wrap. Lay out coconut and roll into log.

Carolyn's Note: I lay a sheet of foil under a sheet of wax paper. Then I sprinkle the coconut onto the wax paper, pour the chocolate mix down the center, adding more coconut to the top then wrapping the wax paper into a log shape. I finish by securing it with the tin foil then putting in the freezer until we are ready for it. We take out the night before needed then slice when ready the next day. We also make a coconut free version with chopped peanuts/hazelnuts. This is a Christmas staple at our house.
