1 9-Inch Crumb Crust
12 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2/3 c Sugar
2 Eggs, room temperature
1 c Sour Cream
2 t Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese and sugar until soft and creamy; then beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in sour cream and vanilla; blend well. Pour into crust.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until center jiggles slightly when pan is gently shaken (center will set upon standing). Transfer pan to a wire rack. Let cool completely, then cover with wax paper and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Serve with canned pie fruit if desired.
