1 1/2 c Rice, Cooked
2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
2 c Milk
1/3 c Sugar
1/8 t Cinnamon
1 t Vanilla
1/2 c Raisins
1 t Orange Or Lemon Peel, Grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a well greased 1 quart baking dish and bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with milk or cream.
