8 Egg Whites
2 1/2 c Flour
3/4 c Butter
1/2 c Water
1 1/4 c Sugar
2 t Baking Powder, Heaping

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; pour water on top of butter and sugar. (Don't stir.) Pour slightly whipped whites on top of water, then add flour and baking powder that has been sifted together 3 times. Add extract. Beat hard until fine as velvet. Bake.
