1 lb Brazil Nuts, unshelled
1 lb Walnuts, unshelled
1 lb Dates
1 1/2 c White Sugar
1 1/2 c Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
2 med bottles of Maraschino Cherries, juice also
4 Eggs, separated and beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare nuts and dates, but do not chop either. Add sugar then sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add cherries and juice to the date, nut & sugar mixture. Add the beaten egg yolks and lastly the beaten egg whites. Mix well. Put into greased and floured pans. 3 - 3x7 foil pans or 2 4x8 pans. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350.
