4-6 eggs
2 C milk
2 T flour
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t salt
2-3 C whole green chiles
8 corn tortillas
4 C shredded cheese
3 C shredded Montery Jack cheese

Directions:
Oil 9/13 dish or a large bowl
Set oven at 350 degrees
Remove tips and seeds of chiles.
Stuff chiles with cheese OR cut chiles in large pieces; spread 1/2 shredded cheeses on top.
Beat eggs with milk, flour, salt and pepper
Pour mixture on top of chiles.

Tear 1/2 Corn tortillas in pieces and layer in dish; Pour mixture of eggs on top, layer with rest of tortillas and cheeses.

Bake in uncovered dish for 35 min

Serve with warm corn tortillas on side.
