1 pk Yellow Cake Mix
3/4 c Oil
4 Eggs
1 can Mandarin Oranges & Juice

Frosting:
1 can Crushed Pineapple, Drained, Save Juice
1 lg Instant Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling Mix
8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
9 oz Cool Whip
Nuts & Coconut, Optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients well and pour into 12 x 18 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from pan. Pour pineapple juice over the
cake at once.

Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and add other frosting ingredients. Spread on cooled cake. May top with nuts and coconut if desired.
