8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices of bacon
2 tbsp. dried beef (or beef bouillon works)
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Pour tablespoon of oil in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Sprinkle beef on bottom of dish.
Roll up the chicken breasts and wrap with bacon.(You can season the breasts anyway you want to.)
Place chicken in dish.
Combine soups and sour cream and cover chicken with mixture.
Let this sit overnight in refrigerator.
Bake covered for 2 hours at 300.
Uncover and continue to bake for 1 more hour.
(If you want a lot of gravy you can use more of the soup and sour cream.)
