1 Egg
3/4 c Sugar
2 Cubes Margarine
1/2 t Salt
3 1/2 c Flour
1 qt Applesauce
Cinnamon
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together egg, sugar, margarine, salt & flour. Mixture will resemble fine crumbs. Pat of mixture on bottom of 11 x 17 cookie sheet. Spread
with 1 quart of applesauce and sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with
powdered sugar glaze.
