1 1/2 c Powdered Sugar
1 c Margarine, Softened
1 Egg
1 t Vanilla
1/2 t Almond Extract
2 1/2 c Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Cream Of Tartar
Granulated Sugar

Mix powdered sugar, margarine, egg, vanilla and almond extract. Mix in dry ingredients. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours. Heat oven to 375.
Divide dough into halves. Roll each half about inch thick on lightly floured or/and cloth covered board. Cut with cookie cutters.

Sprinkle with granulated sugar; place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake until edges are light brown approximately 7-8 minutes.
