3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2-1/2 c. quick cooking or old-fashioned oats
1/2 c. white vanilla baking chips (or peanut butter chips)
1/2 c. sweetened dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 375. In large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar; beat until fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs until well mixed. On low speed, beat in flour and baking soda. Stir in oats, baking chips and cranberries.

On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls, 3 inches apart. Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute and remove from cookie sheets. For smaller cookies, dough should be approximately 1 tbsp and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
