"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
The last time I visited my cousin Benita in Connecticut, she showed me a box of old photos. In the box were a few of Aunt Mary's handwritten recipes. I just had to copy them and add them to my cookbook, since I couldn't find more than one of her recipes in my recipe file. Hope you enjoy them!
