1 lb. round steak, cut into 2 inch cubes
1 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 green bell pepper, cliced medium thin
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In a skillet, heat the oil and brown the meat, salt and pepper to taste. On the bottom of the crockpot, place the bell pwppers and onion, arranging the meat on top. Mix all other ingredients and pour over the top of the meat, peppers and onion. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for about 4 hours.
